There isnt much I dont know about creatine. My undergraduate thesis was on the stuff.

2 choices.

1 Creatine momo for cost.
2 Creatine ethyl ester malate for absorbation.

It's a balancing act between whats most cost effective. You will find that the expensive ethyl ester versions and tri-malates cost about the same as mono when you consider the fact you take far less.

Forget all the BS hype blends and timing crap.

Once Creatine has reached saturation point in muscle cells 160mmol/dm ** it dosen't matter. No special blend will yeald any advantage. The cells are full ---PERIOD. Almost all forms of creatine will achieve this.

One exception was the biggest scam in creatine history ATP serum. Creatine mono is not stable in fluid. I dont recall the half life of the top of my head. but this bunk was sold in liquid form.

** 160mmol/dm is the amount of creatine (160 milla-moles) found in creatine saturated freeze dry human muscle bioposy. dm is (dry mass)
