After adding your user name to list you should be able to access the files for deleting. You may need to do this for each file you want to erase. Remember I don't know if this works on Vista at all. I don't have a Mac but I suggest going back to Windows XP.

Unfortunately, I have done this several times and thats where the problem comes in, I am the admin and the stupid file refuses to delete. I've changed the read-only feature many times and when I go to wipe the file it asks for admin privileges again.
