post workout drink?
Let's say your goal is to shed some body fat while retaining as much muscle as possible. Obviously, your post workout drink is important. I usually drink 50g of whey, 5g creatine and mix it with gatorade (approx 50g sugar). If your doing 1hr weights followed by 30 min. cardio for prime fat burning... I'm assuming I should drink this after the cardio. On the other hand I feel like my muscle needs it rights after weight b/c I'm so hungry and depleted. thoughts?
