if the spots are acne, then you can fight it with accutane at 20mg ED, I dont even get one zit while on a cycle anymore, and I am VERY prone to acne,start it about a month or longer before you start the cycle, remember accutane is very toxic to your liver, take with food and drink LOTS of water, dont forget your liver protectants such as liv52, milk thristle
