Lay flat on the floor on your stomach. Get into a push up position and do a push up, only do your best to keep your pelvis on the floor. Hold that for 30 seconds. Repeat 15 times.

Next Get on all fours like your going to crawl. Move your arms about a fott past your shoulders. You'll have to adjust to get it right but that is a good starting point. Now move your torso forward keeping your arms straight up and down so your shoulders stay up and lower your pelvis to the floor.. Hold that for 30 seconds for 15 reps....

What those exercises do is open up the spine to allow the disk to go back...

It alleviates alot of the pressure that the disc is putting on the nerves...
