I have been Powerlifting for about 6 years. My best comp. lifts are 700 squat, 460 bench, and a 600 dl. That was my last meet about a year and a half ago. My current raw lifts are 605 squat, 405 bench, and a 605 dl. I have a meet coming up on Dec 1st, and I WILL get a 540 bench. I was planning on doing a full power, but I messed up my lower back.
