Drinking and training don't mix–period. A couple of beers won't hurt, but 15 -20 beers and you not only taxing the liver, but inhibiting the body's ability to recuperate. You're just spinning your wheels.
At 20 you are too young to be on aas at all. You seem like a nice young guy but I was 20 once and brinkman...I was a heavy drinker at your age and speak from experience. Rolled my car 300 feet over a mountain in Independence KY and had to be cut out with an acetyline torch. As soon as I was out of the hospital, I was drinking again, so I know how much discipline most 20 year olds have....very little.
I haven't touched an alcoholic beverage in 20 years.
