If you make yourself train the next day, you'll SUFFER! LOL And maybe that's what you need to do to realize it's not good. Hell, you'll probably puke.
You also might want to ask yourself why you need to get thatdrunk. Some people who are so shy can't socialize without getting hammered. It's a shame, and it certainly doesn't make you popular with the ladies.
Trust me, I went through a phase like that when I was your age. It will get worse unless you focus on things that make you happy without getting wasted.
