drinking and training
alright well i am still a young guy, just turned 20, and on the weekends i do a lot of partying. some nights i can say i have drank 18 and up beers. how bad is this for my training? everyone always says shouldn't drink, setting back your gains, but how is that? i know after a weekend of partying and i go to run the first mile it sucks and i can barely do it.
