Have you thought of using other kinds of nut butter (I know what you're thinking...)? Almond butter is alright although I just use PB. Mass shake I make:
A lot of vanilla ice cream
Big scoop of PB
Cup of oatmeal
Frozen banana or two
Two scoops cytosport vanilla protein
Cup of milk
Thats got some calories for you. This is my 1st week using Tren A and I'm already up 5 lbs.
Freezer bag with precooked chicken breast & whole wheat pasta works well.
Canned tuna & salmon is good too.
