I think Im done with football... the last 4 years were amazing but Im just not good enough to get to the next level... a local semi pro team did offer me a spot though. As far as size related negative effects- when I have put alot of weight on fast, it takes me a while for my body to accomodate it. I dont know how much bigger, Ive been focusing for the last year both on gradually losing BF and building quality muscle. My arms are just under 22in and my thighs are close to 30... but gains do come slower these days.
