Not only does my Achilles still hurt but ...... I have another injury. I broke 2 personal records on wednesday and ... injured myself in the process (right forearm). I haven't been able to do biceps, it hurts too much.
I have been icing the tendon and put Ibuprofen topical gel. I'm taking the week-end off and if the pain is still as bad on monday, I'll go and see a doc while I'm at the seaside. Maybe putting my arm in the salty water will help. What do you think?
