Yeah I know. I'm training with 2 mild hernia's right now. They don't like leg day at all. So I have to lift legs way lighter with high reps. I hate it, but I can't afford the money or time off work it would take to have the surgery. But I'm still able to get results, it just takes longer to get a real good pump going.
