Oh you ment like an everyday type normal drink. Well then that would end up being Mtn Dew... If I'm not lifting and sticking to a good routine I end up going through about a case of Dew every couple days.
As long as I am lifting and training. It's all about water and milk. But if I start slacking off,,,, here comes the Dew.
