See about going to physical theropy. At least go in an talk with them. I took anti-inflams for a couple months and it help cut the pain down, but it didn't do anything to get rid of the problem.
I went to physical theropy and they had me do certain excersizes and stretches and certain times and after about three weeks of doing that stuff it went away. I have not really had any problems since then.
Just something to look into for ya.
