Wearing wraps can help. But... You need to find out what exactly is the reason your having pain. I.E. Carpel tunnal, tendinitis etc...
Does the pain you have stay in the wrist area or does it travel up toward your forarm and elbow? Is there any popping sound or popping feeling in your wrist while doing certain excersises?
Know these could help figure out what is going on. I have had tendonitis and went through physical theropy for it, so I do have some advice if thats the case.
