Guys,
I've been having pains in my wrist when I workout. For any exercise that involves wrists. It never used to be that way but it started about I guess 8 months to a year ago where my wrist just sort of kill me when I'm doing benches, curls, or anything that involves it. That's a lot! I still work through the pain but read somewhere that it can be more of a complication although it wasn't a bodybuilding site and probably some whimp wrote it but just wondering if anyone had to deal with it and what you did to alleviate it. Kind of like a rotator cuff training thing. I wanted to know if there's a way to fix the wrist by certain exercises for the forearms to build strength or do I really have to see a doc?
