Ok Goes. Here goes.
The back is heading in the right direction. Keep it up, make it wider. Hope you're doing pullups with a weighted belt. T-bar rows are good too.
start bombing the traps with barbell shrugs. They're boring, have a short range of motion, they work. 6-10 reps/set ie don't go too light or heavy. Just keep grinding out sets till your grip has had enough. Use straps if you want.
