Bigrak really answered this post well, but I just want to restate a couple of things. As mentioned, it is the second number which is the most important, as it is the constant pressure exerted on your blood vessels. The first is just the pressure when your heart pumps. When you are on gear, all of your organs are working more efficiently(faster) so a raise in BP is normal. I control mine through a very low sodium diet, which sucked until I got used to it and now it isn't a problem. Drink lots of water as well and you should be fine.
