Finally, after 2 residence changes, 2 company changes, and dozens of passed university and industry exams in the past 13 months, I’m back to the grind. As inconsistency with the workouts, the diet, and with sleep patterns is beginning to wane, all is falling into place again. I still need to up the calories, obtain additional rest, and fine-tune the workouts; but all in all, I am in a solid position to have my training and diet where it should be again. Likewise, I’m making the time to get into the discussions more regularly … or to at least make the time to peruse the content more consistently. The site, btw, looks awesome! Amazing changes over the past year! I’ll look forward to hearing from you all … and getting your all of your opinions soon!
