Alright here is were I am at now.... 5'10" 210 @ roughly 16% and all of it is in my damn stomach

I think that my biggest problem is that I work a rotating shift. I work 12 hour shifts sitting on my a$$ and every 2 weeks I rotate between days and nights. It really sucks as I start to feel good (during days) about my diet I switch to nights and start to feel fat as shyt :( My diet is not the greatest but not all that bad. On a given day I bring in 180-200 grams of protein, I try not to eat more than 150 grams of carbs a day. I stay away from almost all dairies and dont drink milk. I am always hungry and eat about every 3 hrs

I may be doing things all wrong here could you give me some help here, what should I be eating, what should I avoid and when should I stop eating? Thanks in advance
