There may be a medical condition that is keeping your body from gaining weight. But other then a fast metabolism, I don't know what it could be. So going to the doctor might be a good idea.
Everyone I know that has got serious with a high protein diet and a good hard core work out routine has gained weight. A shit load of calories is good but only if their the right kind of calories.
And straight up bro, I'm not trying to be a dick but. Skinny or not.
GO TO A GYM... Unless you have a full gym in your house, which most people don't. You need a gym for results. No one in the gym gives a fuck about how big you are. If they are concerned with size, I bet money it's their size that they are concerned with, not yours. You want results, then buck up and hit it hard. You say you've done the right diet... You say you've done all the routines. The one thing you have not tried is doing the right diet and the right routine in a real gym, with all the right equipment...
Give it a shot bro. Its the only thing you have'nt tried... I bet ya you see results within a month of getting a membership and getting serious.
