We can help you Bro, what is your current diet look like? What ever it is it's not enough (period)? I ask this question all the time to those that wish to put on Mass, and tattoo hit on some very valid points in his post. Drugs will help in getting you to where you need to be, but your diet has to be up to par!
Diet: 150#'s x 22 = 3300 calories per day to gain weight.
3300 divided by 8 meals = 412 calories per meal
225g (protein) x 4 = 900 calories
450g (carbs) x 4 = 1800 calories
75g (fat) x 9 = 675 calories
3375 Total calories
Training: 4 Days per week, 9 sets per Body part (3 different exercises) 1 warm up & 2 heavy sets on ea. exercise..I mean Heavy!!!
Mon: Chest/Shoulders/Cardio (Yes Cardio) for 15min after Training
Tuesday: Back/Calves
Wed: Off
Thurs: Biceps/Triceps/Cardio for 15 min. only after training
Fri: Legs/Hams/Calves
Sat-Sun: Off
Consistancy is going to be key here untill your body adapts to the Diet. I mean 7 days per week eating your ass off, no excuses! You sound determined to beat this thing, but if it where Muscle Dismorphia (Not) you would not of gained the weight you did from 115#'s to 150#'s so delete that, it's all in your head!
