I will only address the problem of gaining weight, the rest of that stuff is over my head. To gain weight ,all you have to do is eat like the weight you want to be , i.e. if you want to be 200lbs. then eat 200cals x 20, that would be 4000 cals.if you want to be bigger you have to eat more. And remember to eat at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb. that you want to weight. If you are just doing your body weight at 20 cals. per lb. then all you are doing is maintaining your weight. Don't worry about your 6 pack disappearing while trying to gain weight cuz it will. To be LARGE you have to EAT LARGE. if you do a search of past posts by Luckysaint you will come across what he eats day, Most moral men can't eat that much , but that is what it takes to be 295lbs. of twisted steel.
