Post Any Fish in Foil.

3 pounds Fresh Fish Fillet (grouper,snapper work best)
1 Large red onion quatered.
1 pound of red potatos (cooked off and cut bite-sized)
1 red and green pepper (sliced or quartered)
2 cups of small cut broccoli
3 lemons
Garlic the more the better!
Basil, Tarragon, Sage about a bunch of each.
Salt and Pepper to taste
3/4 cup Olive Oil

Place each piece of fish on its own piece of Foil. Make sure you have enough foil to to wrap the fish and the veggies in a pouch. Mix the olive oil with 2 lemons (squeezed) then add all the rest of the veggies and combine. Take the other lemon and cut into slices, places 2-3 slices on each fillet of fish. Then pour the veggie mixture evenly over each fillet. Wrap tight and put in the oven at about 375-400 for about 15-20 min. Remember to cook the potatoes off first if not they will be hard when everything else is done.

If you can find limes use them instead of lemons.
