Bourbon Mustard Chicken.
This one is damn good.
Ingredients:
Chicken (as much and any part you like)
1 cup Dijon Mustard
1 cup Honey
1/2 cup Any Bourbon
2 tsp Cayanne Pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Mix all ingreidients except chicken together. Divide sauce into 3 parts (doesnt have to be exact)1part add all chicken into it and let marinade for about 4+ hours 2 part is to baste while on the grill (dont use the part the chicken sat in to marinade to baste with can contin salmonela) 3 part is to use for dipping at the table (like a bbq sauce).
This is to be grilled, I suppose you can bake it but I never have.
