Asian Grilled Dolphin.
Before someone asks the question. Yes yoiu can make it with practically any fish. Must be a mild tasting fish.
Ingredients:
Fish (As much as you want)
1 lime squeezed
1/2 orange squeezed
2 tbls fresh chopped ginger
2 tbls fresh chopped garlic
2 tbls Olive Oil
1/3 cup of Tamari or Soy Sauce
Pepper to taste
No salt because of the Tamari or Soy
Tamari is an aged Soy Sauce with more developed flavors and a smoother taste. You can find it with the Soy and Teriyaki.
This recipe doesnt have o be exact. If you like more ginger add more and so on. Mix all ingredients together and let the fish marinade for about an hour, 2 hours max. Turn fish in container every 15 min or so to marinade both sides. Then its ready to grill or bake. Grilling is best for it.
