Pretzel Chicken!
Easy enough.
Chicken Breast
Flour
Bag of Salt free Pretzels
2 eggs
Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper
Take the pretzels and smash them till they are small enough to coast chicken.
Now take the chicken season with salt and pepper and coat with flour. Now mix the eggs and about 1 tbl of mustard salt and pepper together. After coating with flour dip in the mustard and egg mix then coat in pretzel crumbs. Either fry in a small amount of olive oil or bake!
