Foods High in Fiber - Veggies
This is for those who need more fiber in their diet, or would just plainly like to add some more nutrition in their diets.
You can eat an unlimited amount of the following raw or steamed veggies with tasty herbal seasoning, but do NOT add salt (exception is the turnip) butter or sauce!! They will then stay low in fat and sodium!! J Some also will be used as condiments ie - onion, tomato, parsley……

Asparagus Greens

Broccoli Onion

**The starred veggies can only be enjoyed cooked. The serving size should be limited to 50g (2 oz) as they are high in calories!
