TRAIN
Post-workout: 3.5scoops Ultra fuel, 2scps whey
1pm: 1.5c rice, 8oz chk
4pm: 12oz yam, 8ozchk
7pm: 12oz yam, 8ozchk
10pm:10oz steak, rice cakes
