problems with mass-eating
hey bros... Im about 295 now, still playing football, and im hoping to hit 320 in the next couple months... but Im having some problems...lol. Lucky, I know you told me its healthy to shit regularly, but this is ridiculous... Im shitting 4-5 times a day! and dont even talk to me about gas... I cant do anything anymore without blowing enough gas out to pop a balloon. I did increase my fiber at the beginning of football season... my carbs as well. My other main problem, that really bothers me more than the crapping every couple hours, is the heartburn! I go through more tums than a pregnant woman! Does anyone else have regular heartburn when they are bulking? I DO eat more than anyone I know... except Lucky... (Im not eating that much until I try to hit 350lbs!) Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Or is this just the price i have to pay? <img border="0" alt="[insane]" title="" src="graemlins/insane.gif" />
