bigrak.... i never said to iliminate fats from your diet .... i stated that complex carbs are a better source of energy and chances are LESS for them to be stored as fat. if you like bodybuilding under a layer of lard, thats you. i personally prefer seeing my muscles grow. my suggestion: try complex carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole grain bread, carbohydrate drinks) as opposed to 'unsaturated fats' for your primary energy source. if you don't lose weight, and continue to increase muscle mass, i'll give up bodybuilding and take up cross-stiching. btw, my year round bodyfat is 9%
