Yeah, I'm thinking of using dianabol and deca-durabolin. I guess because I'm running out of alternatives. I've done what everyones told me, pound down 4000 calories in supplements not including meals. sleep 12 hours a day if not more. and I lift heavy with low reps with two days rest inbetween. I'm also using creatine for my workouts. I have a .05 body fat percentage.
