Hey bro -- Are you just looking for supplements or are you looking to do a cycle. Tell us a litte more about yourself? how long have you been lifting, and what is your bf%. What are your goals. ie how much weight do you want to put on.
IF just looking for supplements. You need glutimine and whey protein. I would try betagen from eas. Its expensive but works better than plain creatine. Eat healthy, lifting is more diet than anything. Get 7-8 hours of sleep. Your muscles gro more in the sleeping hours. check out the training forum. some guys put in some good workouts there.
