There is no recomended bf% as far as I know Bro. Look in the mirror, thats the best recommendation I can give you. Personally for me, I like looking huge. I have dieted down in the past, once I drop down to around the 205lbs-210lbs mark, I just feel I look to fragile. I like it when my abs are visible, but not real defined. My training partner is shredded though. This is all about what you like bro.
