Thanks for the comment Robyn but there are members here with just as much or more knowledge than I. We do not agree all the time as MP says and each of us has our own opinions of what is right and wrong, but we do have one common goal "Body Perfection"!
I learn just as much as I teach and that's why we are all here , to learn and help each other out!
Connelbell, some of the Board's Best are on this thread willing to help...take advantage of it...we don't mind.
