i would just like to say hello to everyone on the board and how i've heard you guys really know your stuff.I am a female 5'2" and 37 yrs old.I would like to loose about 20 lbs and really get some definition.What would you suggest I take for supplements for dropping the weight and getting lean?I'm in a good cardio and exercise routine and would like to take some supplements that could go hand and hand with what i'm trying to accomplish.Thanx for you time
