Meal 3 - (1/2 hour later)8oz stk, 1c rice, 1c veggies
Meal 4 - 8oz chk, 9 oz yam
Meal 5 - 8oz chk, 9 oz yam
Meal 6 - 8oz chk, 3/4 c oats
Meal 7 - 8oz stk, 2 c veggies
Meal 8 - 40g protien shake, 1 tbl pb
