hey, hoopstar do you eat cereal in the morning that contains milk correct? and you do eat cheese, meats, breads, eggs, if you do eat these well then i am here to tell you your getting pleny of protien don't you agree!... and i suppose you consume plenty of carbs...
Well, i'm here to let you know that if your looking for mass eat plenty of carbs (complex carbs) as the carbs will spare the protien for muscle building, so there is no real figure in how much protein you need to consume in this matter even to much protein can be quite detrimental...
I got a trick for yeah... if you like a high protien make your way to your local GNC and ask at the help desk for some Brewers Yeast ,i prefer powder ask them for this as it assimulates faster.. you will need atleast 2 to 3 largs spoons of this morning and night before sleep...
p.s they do make tabs suggested dosages for bbs is 10 tabs a day varied 1000mgs each.
you will notice termendos increases in strenght, pumps, and muscle fullness not to mention solid gains in muscle growth.. i suggest you try this in conjection with your exersize regiment.
