For those quick and no time to eat voids in a day...Protein Bars are awesome for avoiding this!!! I like the Designer Whey Protein Bars (Malted Muscles are good) they have:

Total carbs: 7g
Protein: 30g
And get one of those shaker cups to mix a protein drink in, you can add as much protein powder as you want, and mix it with water, then carry it with you throughout the day (since it's in water, it won't go bad) Or carry the gallon jug with you with size up 1000 in it, as for looking like a dork...start to add some serious size and either people will think your dedicated or you may start a new fad....either way, once you put on tons of mass, no one will dare call you a dork...and if they do, don't worry about it...just go sleep with their girlfriends!!!! <img border="0" alt="[dance]" title="" src="graemlins/dance.gif" />
