Try to eat between classes, i find that helps me & also eating every 2-3 hrs helps to make sure you get the meals in.
Aim for 30-50% of your daily protein intake to come from shakes(100grms for me).
The only thing cell tech will do for you is give you bloat and make your wallet lighter - stay away from that crap!.
Also never buy overly marketed bodybuilding supplements as there using a waste of money imo. You can eat the peanut butter with whatever you want <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> !.
Rice is also a good source of complex carbs, which is good for regulating blood sugar levels and helping to maintain a postive muscle building enviroment.
If you want to get supplements, stick with the tried & tested ones, :- Glutamine, Creatine & protein shakes.
