I know I have to eat 6 meals a day but I have school so I can only pull in about 5 at the most...what about Cell Tech would that help me? and how much protein shakes should I drink daily? and about the rice sorry bro I'm asian and I eat rice every day every night all day all night. Also the 2 tbls of peanut butter can I eat it w/bread cuz peanut butter by itself is freaking crazy
