neglected abs..
i've always had a pretty firm stoamach with pretty defined abs but over the last few months i've got a layer of fat that i need to get rid of, its nothing big but it is sligtly covering my abs.
i've neglected my abs and have never really worked on them, but i'm going to start training them from now on, how often should i train them?
know any fat burmimg AS or any good supplements that will help?
