
man I dunno what the fuck is been up with me! I'm getting exhausted just from warming up...I'm not as strong as I use to be! I lost almost 50lbs of my bench press! MAN FUCK! yall dunno how aggrvating this is...weight lifting use to be fun for me but now when ever I step into the gym and I feel fatigue I'm like fuck weight lifting!
I need help dudes, what should my diet and training should look like?
