HEY BRO! CAFFEINE IS IN MOST ECA'S AND THEY R USED BY MANY BODYBUILDERS TO HELP THEM LOSE WEIGHT WHILE KEEPING THE MUSCLE MASS THEY HAVE.I THINK THE ONLY WAY IT WOULD B DETRIMENTAL 2 GAINING MUSCLE MASS WOULD B IF U TOOK SO MUCH THAT U WERE UNABLE 2 EAT OR SLEEP PROPERLY,BOTH WOULD HINDER GAINING MUSCLE MASS.I HAVE USED PLENTY OF SUPPLEMENTS CONTAINING CAFFEINE JUST 4 THE BENIFIT OF THE EXTRA ENERGY, I JUST DIDNT OVERDO IT.SO I THINK IF USED SENSIBLY U SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS BRO!!!
