Recomendation on supplements needed
I am getting back into the weights after several years off. I feel myself not being able to hold the pump. And I kind of feel atrophe the next day. I am going to order the protein and carbs by human development which is supposed to have the aminos in it. But I need a recomendation some other suppliments to go with it. This stuff out on todays market is all new to me. What is good and what is junk?
