I tried trib - not much effect, then I tried Tribex 500 - better. Then I ran across an article about the active ingredient in Tribex and how 500 to 1000 mg is required for real effect. Fuzu claims to have 500Mg per cap. Trying it now, to soon to tell. I will report more later as I get into it a bit longer. Can post a reference to the arcticle if anyone wants it.
