Even 1-AD is iffy, I've had friends who used this PH and unless you take 2-3 times the amount shown, again you see little or no results, and even if it does work, what you get is minor results with the nasty sides.
Glutamine, Protein, Multi-Vitamin, Creatine and tons of food with proper Diet, Traing and Rest is what will make your time in the gym pay off.
Remember this, AAS alone is not the wonder drugs people seem to take them for, but in the long run they're cheaper, safer and you'll see the results you're looking for...more so than with PH.
