dump the cell-tech shit.. since you have some fat on you it will make you look like a ballon.. stick with just a basic creatine powder or the creatine titrate..also bro take glutamin also at least 10 grams a day of creatine and glutamine.. when you wake and when you are done working out..but t do not take at the same time for that they are both cell volumizers and they will fight for positions in your muscles!! no try to intake as much protein as possible bro.. pro-complex is on of the best tasting powders out there but it is very expensive.. so if you have the funds go for it.. also train hard and sleep alot bro and you will be set.. to burn some of your fat do sprints and well it will also help for football, aqnd of course o drills for footbal, they will work like cardio!! best of luck bro and may you rule in college!!
