yes,the best time to take sugar is post-workout, but those 75g in that shit catches up with you and can start to make you softer around the middle. Muscle-Tech are master marketers, you would do just as well getting a quality brand powder and taking it with grapejuice. plus that celltech is so acidic- its tough drinking anyway. I did a jug of cell-tech and my abs disappeared-no shit.
